Our process follows four, cyclical steps centered around the artist:
Engage and expand fanbase with digital marketing
First, we work to optimize the artist’s social media presence or the presence of the collaboratively developed IP, using targeted ads and data analytics to audit what content generates the most excitement.
Create merchandise curated to the artist and their fans
Based on those results, we design a variety of small-scale merchandise suited to the artist and their growing fanbase. To foster exclusivity and create a sense of FOMO, the quantity of that merch is limited.
Monetize merchandise and cross-market with other IPs
Next, we develop a calendar for merch drops, all of which include a three step rollout of launching the product, generating a campaign around it, and launching customized ads to monetize the fanbase we’ve grown.
Launch larger-scale merch and repeat
After these small-scale drops, it’s time to create bigger merchandise with bigger price tags now that the fandom has been corralled and engaged. Marketing efforts will be more effective as we’ve gathered data and created demand.
The more the cycle repeats, the more Zero Zero grows and the more opportunities become available.
